The next step is part component selection picking for assembly of overall finished product Units

Finished product Units are then tested & reviewed before being placed into an area prepped for packaging & delivery woth semi-truck & Trailer combination service

BLOCK 11 IN PLACE MANUFACTURING 

Unlike large scale warehouse space conveyor manufacturing we utilize a small space equivalent European style which accomplishes the same results in minimized space

A minimal conveyor effort focusing on jn place building with an automated two Tier conveyor effort 

1. Material to conveyor then in place spot manufacturing 

2. Processed material to conveyor then in place spot manufacturing 

This effort with all heating - cooling, ventilation then Energy + cycle of perpetual treated water with Safety & Emergency Systems allow a minimal space effort then fast, safe & efficient production output 

With this we can stack downward & upward then minimize square footage use while increasing efficency for production output & speed controls 

A full scale manufacturing process with testing ready for market is equivalent or faster than large scale warehouse conveyor automation yet we integrate skilled partial automation monitoring 

This allows us to minimize space & cut costs in all areas while maintaining equivalent quality in a faster process & this lower costs are past onto customers through pricing Tier controls in fair margins to maintain a break even profit model connected to other variable investments 

A vehicle takes 1-5 days & by day 6-7 the customer is registered, insured & driving from manufacturer if not getting into a pre-built option already available customized or not
