This was first used in the Two-Tank recirculating Wind-Tunnel with Air Compression box to generate Air Compression & Electricity with Energy Yeild additives 

This provides usable Energy we can also store

It was later applied to a Battery Switch-Back system which provides endless almost or instant recharge between Switch-Back process 

As one battery depleats almost to the base level you switch to a fully charged battery then the depleted recharges while you switch back providing perpetual motion Energy

REGENERATIVE DREAM FAILS

The Wind Tunnel Switch-Back does not use a single regenerative recharge Switch-Back dream that does not work as it does not generate enough energy from motion or from braking. On heavy weight items maybe like a train or semi truck or large mining vehicle. Close or possible with some tweaks yet not on anything smaller
