Snowboarding. Skateboarding. Same as under over 25 age. Just more efficient & advanced. Just have to take it easy because of my neck - spine yet still able to do a switch backside 10 with late flip or double-triple & front the same if not switch frontside or backside

Flat spins VS flips VS corks 

The process is from A - B in my head then the feature & speed plus aggressive process form chill to medium to intense then relaxed with landing gear. Up & down

It's like flight really unlike jibbing which is like skateboarding with surf style mixed

Some people do not think out the process & different ways to hold your body & arms then little tweak hacks before adding style & into landing or take off like off heel or toe or flat then curving run into & up off

How to protect your neck - spine + head & fall properly is essential

2012-2025 included time away at times yet increased skill + Shredders by Shreddrrs came about then a project with ohsucis into process in how to see yourself & the process throughout & what to avoid in gravity + physics rather than trial - error practice to just & instead process + style & ability to change & control
